i’m planning to bring my camelback water backpack. Can I wear my hi viz reflective vest underneath it? the bag does cover it. Could I wear the vest over it unzipped, flapping in the wind?
In previous years Len, I’ve had the camel back over my hi vis. I also had a rear red light on the camel back itself. This year, the bike can carry my water.
